No, Sir; there is nothing which has yet been contrived by man, By which so much happiness is produced as by a good tavern or inn. - Samuel Johnson.
Ealing was little more than a village on the ordnance survey map of 1826 and an area of outstanding natural beauty, this would later lead it to be known as, 'the Queen of the Suburbs'. In 1879 the Great Western Railway steamed from London to Ealing and accelerated the growth of the area and the need for good local taverns. Welcome to The Grange, a majestic Victorian pub, having been built in 1871, is proud to continue the tradition of good hospitality. Beautifully situated on a tranquil corner of Ealing Common, it is ideally situated for business and pleasure. Only a few minutes walk From Ealing Common underground station and only 9 miles from Central London.
