We had my daughter’s wedding reception here. We wanted to decorate the room and set the table ourselves which we did, but had so much help from staff we got it all done in time and looked great. The dinner we ordered was the chicken avocado salad followed with Duck confit and brownies. My goodness, I have eaten at several Michelin restaurants but the taste and presentation of the meal outshone some of those even! They have an amazing chef and honestly the food was fantastic. Aside from the final look of the rooms, the fantastic food and the 100% helpfulness of all staff, I have to give particular praise to their sales and marketing coordinator. She was outstanding, helping me all the way through the planning of the day, and in constant contact throughout the day itself. All of the staff focus so much on customer service, the whole experience was a pleasure! We’ve visited the pub on other occasions, for Sunday lunch/drink etc and the staff are always happy to help, professional, and smiling – in fact it probably is one of the best pubs in West London.
